You’re welcome to request adjacency by contacting events@kollecter.com.au. Final positions will be confirmed in the vendor map emailed closer to the event. Requests can’t be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate them where possible.

No - Kollecter Kommunity Trade Day offers standard full tables only.

Each table includes one standard table and 2 chairs Extra chairs are available for $5 each

Each booking allows a maximum of 3 representatives. This helps keep the layout safe, accessible and manageable for all vendors and guests. Please contact events@kollecter.com.au if you believe you require additional exhibitors.

Kollecter Kommunity Trade Day welcomes trading card vendors, collectors, sellers and hobby-related stalls, including TCG singles, sealed product, slabs, sports cards, accessories and related collectibles. Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited and may be subject to checks. Any 18+ material must be displayed responsibly and in accordance with Australian law.

No - backboards and backdrops are not provided. Vendors are welcome to bring their own free-standing signage or display items, provided they are safe, stable and do not block walkways or neighbouring tables. Nothing may be attached to venue walls.

No - Kollecter Kommunity Trade Day is a table-based community event. Booths are not available for this event.

Vendors must complete the booking form with their basic details, table requirements and any relevant notes. Once submitted, the Kollecter events team will review the booking and be in touch with next steps, including payment details and event information.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Space is limited, and submitting the form does not guarantee a table until confirmation has been issued by the Kollecter events team.

Bookings may be unsuccessful due to capacity limits, incomplete information, unsuitable stock, authenticity concerns, missed payment deadlines, or failure to comply with event requirements.

If vendor spaces fill, a waitlist may be used. If a spot becomes available, the Kollecter events team will contact the next suitable applicant directly.

Yes - confirmed vendors will receive further information closer to the event, including bump-in details, venue access, table layout, parking guidance and any other key event requirements.
